  • All course enrollments are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a course has been accessed, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Live Training & Webinar Cancellations

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

  • If Design Academy cancels or reschedules a session, students will be notified and offered an alternative date.

3. Subscription & Membership Cancellations

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime but must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Annual memberships will not be refunded once purchased.

4. Emergency & Extenuating Circumstances

  • While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

5. How to Cancel
